About me and how I work
Often, we come to therapy to heal the way we relate—to others and to ourselves. That healing happens in relationship, through contact, connection and the experience of being met without judgement.
I help people make sense of feelings and patterns that can be difficult to understand or put into words. If relationships, addiction, shame, purpose, anxiety, stress or identity have left you feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to know yourself more deeply and meet your life with greater choice.
Most importantly, I believe that you are not broken. You may simply need a relationship in which you feel safe enough to explore yourself and how you relate to others.
My professional life began in music. During a period of transition, I discovered alternative therapies that helped me face what wasn’t working in my life. I came to understand that the work starts within—with our emotional DNA and where it comes from.
I’m a qualified Gestalt therapist and yoga teacher, with wider training in breathwork, gender psychology, addiction and shame. These different strands of experience inform the way I meet and work with each person.
